Requirements: - Licensed attorney with 7+ years of business and transnational experience, including M A, joint venture or other complex commercial transactions - Above-average academic credentials and references - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent - Expertise in contracts/contract negotiation - Well-founded grasp of licensing agreements - Practical knowledge of royalty statements - Comprehension of corporate governance/compliance - Quality experience with non-disclosure agreements, collaboration agreements - Previous experience working with trademark intellectual property and good understanding of trademark renewals - General familiarity with Medical Licensing - Proven knowledge of licensing intellectual property and patents for the same - Skills in antitrust and trade regulation - Foundational knowledge in joint ventures - Exposure to healthcare M A and private equity experience is a huge plus If you're looking for a great opportunity to grow your legal career, you could be the self-starter we're looking for.
